The Twin Rivers Health Care Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization that raises awareness and funds to enhance health services in the communities it serves:

• Neilburg/Marsden
• Cut Knife
• Highway 16 from Paynton to Marshall
• Paradise Hill/Frenchman Butte
• St. Walburg/Spruce Lake
• Turtleford/Livelong/Mervin
• Surrounding Resort Communities

Twin Rivers Health Care Foundation was formed in 1989 and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Foundation operates with the assistance of an Executive Director.
