Therapeutic Integrated Pediatric Service (TIPS)
What is TIPS?
The purpose of TIPS is to provide a specialized integrated service to children and families as close to home as possible.
It also provides a coordinated team approach for identifying developmental concerns in children aged 0-school entry. A TIPS team may be composed of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Early Childhood Psychologists, KidsFirst workers, Early Childhood Intervention Program/ Early Childhood Services professionals, School Division personnel, Public Health Nurses, and First Nation Service workers.
TIPS services are provided in the following local communities:
- Meadow Lake
- Lloydminster
- North Battleford
