Your Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is a professional service that offers counselling, coaching, information and support for all types of issues relating to:

- Life Balance,
- Health Management and
- Achieving greater personal well-being.
As of October 1, 2015 all services are confidential and provided through Shepell at no cost to Prairie North Health Region employees and dependent family members.
Services are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in a variety of convenient ways and without needing a referral.You can access services in the following flexible ways to suit your preference, lifestyle and learning style:
EFAP includes short-term professional counselling, family support services, legal support services, financial support services, nutritional services, health coaching and specialized counselling and online programs.More detailed information on the services provided in each of these areas can be attained by visiting the website www.workhealthlife.com
